This Privacy Policy explains how MBK Coaching collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit meredithkessler.com, submit a form, request a resource, or interact with links on the website.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

MBK may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, coaching interests, athletic goals, event information, general training background, timeline, and message content. If you request the Train For Life Starter Guide or another resource, MBK may collect your first name, email address, and optional interest information.

Information collected automatically

When analytics or similar website tools are enabled, MBK and its service providers may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, pages viewed, referring page, session activity, and clicks on selected links. MBK does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, medical details, or other directly identifying form content to Google Analytics.

Information from third parties

MBK may receive limited information from service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, process forms, protect the site, or measure aggregate engagement. External services have their own privacy practices.

2. How We Use Information

MBK may use information to:

• respond to coaching, speaking, guide, Gumption Garage, and general inquiries;
• evaluate fit and recommend an appropriate coaching path;
• deliver requested guides and related follow-up emails;
• communicate about services, resources, or updates when you have requested or consented to those communications;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• understand aggregate site usage and whether resources are useful;
• maintain business records, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

3. When Information May Be Shared

MBK may disclose information to service providers that perform services on MBK's behalf, such as website hosting, WordPress administration, form processing, email delivery, analytics, security, backup, and professional advisers. Those providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

MBK may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent. MBK does not knowingly sell personal information for money.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Link Measurement

The production website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site operation, security, preferences, and analytics. Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may be used to understand aggregate traffic, device information, approximate geography, page activity, form conversions, guide requests, and selected outbound-link clicks. Analytics should be configured so form fields and sensitive or directly identifying information are not sent to Google.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect some website functions. If a consent-management tool is used, its controls will provide additional choices where required.

5. Email Communications

If you request a guide, submit an inquiry, or opt in to updates, MBK may send transactional or marketing email through a third-party email service provider. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent MBK from sending non-promotional messages needed to respond to an inquiry or administer an active coaching relationship.

6. EllieMD and Other External Medical Resources

MBK may link to independent third-party medical resources, including EllieMD. Meredith uses EllieMD and serves as a paid EllieMD ambassador, and MBK may receive compensation if you use the affiliate link. The linked service may offer programs involving compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide and off-label lower-dose use. The website may record that an outbound link was clicked, but information you submit directly to EllieMD is governed by EllieMD's own terms and privacy practices.

EllieMD and its independent licensed providers—not MBK—are responsible for medical evaluation, eligibility, prescribing, dosing, fulfillment, and clinical follow-up. MBK does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a particular medication or dose, or provide medical advice. Visiting or using an external service is optional.

7. Data Retention and Security

MBK retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, administering services, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by information type and the service provider involved.

MBK uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to certain uses. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the link in the message.

9. Children's Privacy

The website is not directed to children under 13. Youth Endurance inquiries should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. MBK does not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without appropriate consent.

10. International Visitors

MBK Coaching operates from the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Changes to This Policy
